All designs, graphics, artwork, and visual content associated with Merch Market are the exclusive intellectual property of Merch Market and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of New Zealand and international conventions.
Copyright Unauthorised reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, or use of any designs or content — in whole or in part — without prior written consent from Merch Market is strictly prohibited. This includes digital reproduction, screen printing, embroidery replication, or any other method of duplication.
Stockist & Resale Rights Authorised stockists may resell Merch Market products solely in their original, unaltered form. Stockists may not:
- Reproduce, replicate, or manufacture products bearing Merch Market designs
- Remove, alter, or obscure any branding, labels, or copyright notices
- Sub-license or transfer resale rights to any third party without written approval from Merch Market
Resale is permitted only through channels agreed upon in writing with Merch Market. Unauthorised resale or distribution may result in termination of stockist agreements and legal action.
Disclaimer Merch Market reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued resale of Merch Market products constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
